Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to reserve a kitten and is non-refundable, as it secures your place and removes the kitten from availability to other families.

Transfer Policy

Deposits may be transferred one time to a future litter within 12 months of the original deposit date. After 12 months, any unused deposit will be forfeited.

Transfers must remain with the original buyer and are not transferable to another party unless approved in writing.

Buyer Cancellation

If the buyer chooses to cancel at any time, the deposit will be forfeited. A transfer option may still be used within the 12-month timeframe.

Buyer Responsiveness

Buyers are expected to maintain communication throughout the process. If a buyer becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days after being contacted regarding kitten selection or next steps, the breeder reserves the right to:

• Release the kitten to another family
• Retain the deposit

Passing on Litters

Buyers may pass on available kittens; however, repeatedly passing without commitment may result in forfeiture of the deposit at the breeder’s discretion.

Breeder Cancellation

If the breeder must cancel the sale due to health, temperament, or any circumstance affecting the kitten’s well-being, the buyer will be offered:

• A full refund of the deposit, or
• Transfer of the deposit to a future litter

Agreement

By placing a deposit, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
