Terms and Conditions

  • Under this contract, the ownership of the kitten will be transferred from the Breeder to the Purchaser.
  • The kitten is guaranteed to be in good health, with no genetic defects, this means the kitten is free from illnesses and faults noticed by the Purchaser or Breeder and by the Breeders veterinarian.
  • The Breeder guarantees that the kitten has been currently vaccinated and treated for worms at the time of transfer.
  • The kitten HAS NOT been vaccinated for rabies.
  • The kitten will be scheduled for pickup by 12 weeks of age or as discussed between Breeder and Purchaser.
  • The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE, but may be applied to a future litter mutually agreed upon between the Breeder and Purchaser.

Purchaser Agrees to the following

  • The kitten will be picked up on scheduled day agree upon by the Breeder and Purchaser.
  • Under no circumstances is the kitten to be transferred, sold, leased or given away to other people or to any pet shop without consulting with the breeder for the first year. The breeder has first option to purchase the kitten back from the buyer before anyone else.
  • The Purchaser ensures to the Breeder that he/she will keep the kitten with him/her in good condition and good health indoors or outdoors and under close supervision.
  • The Purchaser will always provide high quality food, fresh water, and adequate living space.
  • It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to provide, within five (5) calendar days, immediate veterinary examination at their expense. If the kitten should show any signs of illness or distress, Purchaser should notify the Breeder immediately. Failure to do so will render the health guarantee null and void.
  • If kitten is found to be medically deficient by the Purchaser's veterinarian within five calendar days of the transfer of ownership with an untreatable or life-threatening illness, it MUST be reported to the Breeder immediately. The kitten may be refunded or replaced with another kitten of equal value. If no kitten is available at the time, the Breeder will offer one from the next subsequent litter. The kitten cannot be returned after the five (5) calendar day period or if it has been exposed to another cat which is not currently vaccinated.
  • The Purchaser shall have the kitten spayed or neutered by the time the kitten is nine (9) months old and shall notify the Breeder with proof from veterinarian immediately upon said sterilization. Under no circumstances shall kitten be allowed to breed as it is being sold strictly as a pet.
